On September 12th, The 2025 ASEAN Legal Alliance Legal & Business Conference, themed "Linking To ASEAN, Going To The World," was successfully held in Nanning, Guangxi. Paperjoy,  an importer, exporter, and manufacturer specializing in Paper Packaging and printing, was invited to attend the conference along with over 240 representatives from government agencies, business communities, and legal circles from China, the United Kingdom, Spain, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and other countries. The conference discussed key topics related to regional economic and trade cooperation and the rule of law.

Co-organized by Guangxi Wanyi Law Firm and the ASEAN Legal Alliance, the conference highlighted that Guangxi, as a frontier hub for open cooperation between China and ASEAN, is continuously promoting a rule-of-law, internationalized, and convenient business environment, laying a solid institutional foundation for deepening China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation. The conference focused on topics such as "Investment Legal Environment and Risk Prevention in ASEAN Countries" and "Cross-border Compliance and Localized Operations."

Paperjoy representatives at the conference stated that the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 presented at the conference was highly consistent with the company's strategy for expanding into the ASEAN market.

Currently, Paperjoy's main products include paper cup production materials (paper cup fan, paper cup bottom paper, PE-coated paper, and PE-coated kraft paper) and paper Packaging Materials (C1S ivory paper, FBB ivory board).

A significant portion of these products are exported to several Southeast Asian countries and regions. This conference systematically provided detailed information on investment laws and cross-border compliance requirements in ASEAN countries, providing critical information for optimizing product supply chains and mitigating foreign trade risks.

At the conference, leaders from the Guangxi Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Guangxi Department of Commerce, and other departments emphasized that "Guangxi, as a frontier hub for China-ASEAN open cooperation, is deepening the development of a rule of law-based business environment." This echoes Paperjoy's strategy of "leveraging policy dividends to strengthen its presence in the ASEAN market."

In the roundtable discussion on "Cross-border Dispute Resolution and Creditor's Rights Protection," Paperjoy representatives focused on legal issues related to cross-border transportation compliance of paper raw materials, intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution methods. They documented key information based on their company's practical foreign trade practices, accumulating legal support for optimizing their own foreign trade compliance processes.

In the future, Paperjoy will build on the legal and business information obtained from this conference and leverage the China-ASEAN legal cooperation network to further improve its "product compliance + localized service" system, continue to provide high-quality raw materials to ASEAN paper packaging and printing companies, promote the green development of the regional packaging industry, and build a "paper bridge" for China-ASEAN two-way trade.
