Asia Symbol's coated white board, cupstock paper and other products can realize customized performance through pulp formulation adjustment to meet diversified needs. Among them, the difference in stiffness between the transverse and longitudinal directions of cupstock paper is much smaller than that of similar products in the market, which improves the yield rate and strength of finished cup products. Meanwhile, the 150gsm cupstock paper is specially developed for disposable cup scenarios, with performance accurately matching the core requirement of high stiffness for paper cups. Since its product positioning is different from the performance indicators such as leakage resistance, load-bearing capacity and stiffness required for paper bowls, it is not recommended for paper bowl production.

The two parties focused on key indicators of raw material paper such as stiffness, bulk ratio, grammage & thickness, leakage resistance and water release time control in paper cup production, as well as answers to common questions. Some conventional disposable paper cups have edge leakage when holding hot coffee; Asia Symbol has conducted in-depth research on specialized cupstock paper with oil leakage resistance, and successfully developed 1.4 bulk ratio special cupstock paper for milk tea and coffee, enhancing the protection against oil and dairy product penetration.
